ABOUT

CJHx4 was created to provide very much needed services to the mining community.  Our Senior Geologist, Mr. Corey Holton has been in this field since 2004.  His education extends from the University of Michigan, Arizona State University, to the University of Arizona, and getting a very coveted Geology degree.

He also attended University of Minnesota's Duluth's Precambrian Field camp which had a strong emphasis on economic geology. He also received exposure to core logging, gravity and magnetic data collection and processing, mapping Precambrian shield. He also published a geologic map for the state of Minnesota geologic survey.

Mr. Holton has supported a wide array of critical operational and technical functions in his many years of industry experience. He has worked for independent companies at all stages of the cycles, from basin evaluation and new play generation, prospect generation, mining, drilling, and field development.  During his time in the industry, he has spent a great deal of time working in the San Juan Basin, Tonopah Gold Mining District, Gulf Coast, and Permian Basin regions, as well as the Woodbine trend with short stints working in Montana, Nevada, Indonesia, Western Australia, and Central China.
